HealthPartners is seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join our team in the Twin Cities area. This full-time role provides outpatient, inpatient and dialysis care management for a diverse patient population. The clinician will be primarily based at Methodist Hospital and the Park Nicollet Clinic in St.

Louis Park, MN, with one day of outreach weekly and call about 1:7. You will be joining a large, collaborative team within the largest multi-specialty system in the area, dedicated to excellence,

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible nephrologist.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient and dialysis care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, inpatient and dialysis care management.
• Perform clinic, dialysis, and hospital duties; participate in call rotation (~1:7).
