Job description

We are a small private practice near the eastern coast of Connecticut searching for a full-time nephrologist to join us. Our ethos focuses not only on quality patient care but also on ensuring a good work-life balance for our physicians. Our practice currently comprises of 4 nephrologist and 2 APRNs covering 1 hospital, 2 dialysis units and 1 clinic and we are hoping to hire at least 2 full-time nephrologists in the next year. We have a collegial work atmosphere and have an egalitarian process for making practice decisions. We offer competitive starting salary with good benefits (e.g. health insurance, dental, CME with 4 weeks off per year) as well as partnership track. H-1B candidates can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
