Tactica Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced NEPA Program Manager to provide senior environmental planning, compliance, and program integration support to USASMDC under a SETA contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

The role leads NEPA and environmental compliance efforts across programs, coordinating with government leadership and multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant environmental actions and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific/technical discipline.
• Eight+ years of environmental planning/NEPA or environmental compliance experience.
• Three+ years leading complex environmental programs.
• Experience guiding NEPA actions from scoping to documentation and government decision-making.
• Extensive NEPA documentation knowledge (EAs, EISs, RODs, etc).
• Experience with ESA, RCRA, NHPA compliance and related statutes.
• Ability to identify environmental requirements early and assess impacts on cost, schedule, scope, and mission.

Responsabilités

• Serve as senior SETA environmental planning and NEPA program integration lead for USASMDC G-4.
• Provide program-level technical assistance and recommendations on environmental requirements and risks.
• Plan, coordinate, track, and oversee multiple NEPA actions across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain environmental program schedules, risk registers, and leadership briefings.
• Lead preparation and QA of NEPA documentation and supporting studies.
• Advise stakeholders on environmental documentation requirements and potential impacts.
• Coordinate with Army environmental offices, installation personnel, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations up to 30% as required.
