Job Overview

As a professional bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe bar environment. Your ability to engage with guests, take orders accurately, and craft high-quality drinks is essential.

Hours: This job requires you to work during the evening, weekends, and occasionally on holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking beverage orders and providing recommendations.
• Check identification to ensure guests meet legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, ensuring correct charges and providing accurate change.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the entire bar area, including counters, floors, liquor wells, liquor bottles, all equipment, and ice wells.
• Complete any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
