Job Details

Envision Physician Services seeks a full-time, board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

• Hospital Overview: Johnston-Willis is a 292-bed facility with a new 20-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (opened February 2021) featuring private rooms for parental presence.
• NICU Data: 20 NICU beds, 1,700 deliveries annually, 95% newborn admits, 5-6 shifts/month.
• Procedures & Support: High-frequency ventilation (HFOV, HFJV), inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia, pediatric surgery support (no cardiac surgery except PDAs, no ECMO), on-site pediatric cardiology, VCU subspecialists support.

Additional Facility Information

Chippenham Hospital, a 466-bed Level I trauma hospital, provides comprehensive maternity and neonatal services, with easy access to Johnston-Willis NICU.
