We are seeking a Neonatal APP to join our team of 75+ Neonatologists and Neonatal APP providers, working in one or more of our Neonatal Intensive Care Units in the greater Charlotte area.
Must be approved to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina.
Nurse Practitioner: Master’s degree or doctorate in nursing practice; NNP or AC-PNP Certification required; new graduates eligible.
Physician Assistant: Graduate from an accredited PA program; Master’s preferred; NCCPA certification preferred; post-graduate Neonatology fellowship or >2 years NICU experience required.
Located in Charlotte, NC, it is a leading provider of pediatric healthcare with 11 floors, 234 beds, and a Level IV neonatal unit offering comprehensive services including ECMO, Total Body Cooling, and subspecialty care. The neonatal team includes 50+ Neonatal APPs, working under Neonatologists to evaluate, stabilize, and treat neonatal patients with complex conditions, including ventilatory management and surgical care.
The hospital is a training site for the CMC Pediatric Residency and Wake Forest School of Medicine students, with opportunities for faculty appointments, research, and quality improvement.
