Seeking a full-time BE/BC Neonatologist to join our team in Tyler, TX, within a uniquely physician-founded and physician-led organization that empowers doctors and clinicians to direct healthcare at every level.

1. The new NICU and renovated nursery encompass 2,900 square feet, featuring nine state-of-the-art neonatal beds and the latest equipment for advanced care and monitoring.
2. Level 3 NICU
3. 24/7 care provided by neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
4. Advanced respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation, high-frequency oscillation, and nitric oxide
5. Advanced diagnostic services such as echocardiograms, MRI, and CT scans
6. Individualized, family-centered care, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as support services like lactation consulting, counseling, and spiritual care
