We are seeking a Permanent Neonatologist in Kansas.

Shift: Combination of 8 and 24-hour shifts on a 7-week rotating schedule

Patient Population: Neonates
Setting: Level-III NICU (36 beds)
Responsibilities:
Provide in-house and backup call from home
Manage high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, total body cooling, and aEEG
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists in cardiology, neurology, general surgery, and endocrinology
Required Procedures: Neonatal critical care, ventilator management, and specialized therapies
EMR System: TBD
Support Staff: 5-physician team with pediatric subspecialty support
Days Per Month: Approximately 170 hours per month
On-Call/Weekends: In-house and backup call from home
Board Certified in Pediatrics - REQUIRED
Board Eligible (within 5 years of fellowship) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED
Kansas license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Visa support (J1 or H1B) - REQUIRED
