A growing collaborative practice of six Neonatologists seeks a BE / BC Neonatologist to provide high-quality care supported by a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team in a state-of-the-art Level IIIb NICU. The role offers opportunities for collaboration with various pediatric specialists, teaching positions, and research involvement through the USD School of Medicine. Located in Sioux Falls, the community features a vibrant economy, affordable living, and a strong cultural and outdoor scene.

The growing practice of six Neonatologists is seeking a BE / BC Neonatologist to join their team.

• The team consists of over 20 pediatric specialists.
• Provide high-quality care with the support of 17 NNPs and a multidisciplinary team of RNs, case managers, social workers, dietitians, lactation consultants, patient educators, child life specialists, and a family support specialist.
• Enjoy multidisciplinary collaboration with perinatology and pediatric specialists in cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hospital medicine, infectious disease, intensive care, pulmonology, nephrology, neurology, orthopedics, and general surgery.
• State-of-the-art NICU - Level IIIb.
• eNICU technology supports remote patient care at affiliated hospitals.
• 24/7 coverage with day coverage on-site and the ability to provide night coverage from home.
• Resuscitation at 22 weeks gestation.
• Academic appointments available through the USD School of Medicine.
• Teaching opportunities in the NICU with medical students, NNP students, and family medicine residents.
• Research opportunities supported by a clinical research team.
