Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Neonatology Physician for locum tenens support in Connecticut. Schedule: January–September 2027, Monday–Monday 8am–5pm with nightly beeper call. Inpatient practice with circumcision procedures and Epic EMR usage.

Board certification and active DEA and CS registrations are required. Connecticut license preferred; malpractice insurance and travel/lodging support provided by AMN Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.
• DEA registration required.
• Controlled Substance Registration required.
• CT license preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient neonatology care.
• Schedule from January to September 2027 with 8am–5pm hours and nightly beeper call.

This facility is seeking a Neonatology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: January-September 2027; Monday-Monday 8am-5pm with nightly beeper call.
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: Circumcisions
• Credentialing timeframe: Will depend on a clean background
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certification, Drug Enforcement Administration, Controlled Substance Registration, Normothermic Regional Perfusion.
• Licensure required: Connecticut License preferred
