• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Division of Neonatology, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Division and Department leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, goals, and performance metrics.
• Promote a unified leadership approach and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture across all neonatal sites.
• Identify emerging challenges and opportunities and develop actionable solutions.
• Lead the refresh, development and implementation of standardized clinical guidelines and care pathways based on evidence-based practice.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and address quality-of-care concerns.
