Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC seeks a Neonatologist to join the Division of Neonatology as a 1.0 FTE faculty member. The role includes clinical, academic and administrative responsibilities with active teaching within resident and fellow programs.

Ideal candidates will be board certified or eligible in pediatrics, have completed a neonatology fellowship, and be eligible for South Carolina licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO or equivalent required.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Pediatrics.
• Fellowship in Neonatology and SC licensure eligible preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical duties in the Neonatology division.
• Academic leadership and teaching responsibilities.
• Participation in division call schedule.
• Work at Shawn Jenkins’ Children Hospital in Downtown Charleston, SC.
