Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston seeks a Neonatologist to join the Division of Neonatology as a 1.0 FTE faculty member.

The role encompasses clinical care, academic leadership, and teaching responsibilities across the Department of Pediatrics, with active participation in the resident curriculum and teaching conferences. Applicants should be board-certified/eligible in pediatrics and eligible for SC licensure.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or equivalent and completed fellowship.
• Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics.
• Eligible for licensure in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Appointment rank and academic leadership roles will be based on experience and credentials.
• 1.0 FTE with clinical, academic and administrative responsibilities.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows and participate in teaching conferences.
• Share call coverage with Neonatology faculty and support the division's clinical and academic missions.
