Job Description Summary: Provides healthcare to individuals or groups that requires knowledge and skill obtained from advanced formal education, certification and clinical experience. Practices within professional scope and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the profession’s Code of Ethics and maintains a current Ohio Advanced License.
Education Requirement: Master of Science degree or equivalent provision, required.
Licensure Requirement: Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio, required.
