Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist

Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a high-performing, collaborative neonatal team serving one of California’s busiest delivery regions.

This role offers the ideal blend of community-based practice with the full clinical and subspecialty support of a nationally recognized pediatric health system. Our off-site NICUs allow physicians to build meaningful relationships with their care teams and families while practicing high-acuity neonatal medicine in a more personalized setting.

Clinical Support

• Strong, experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support
• Extensive pediatric subspecialty coverage available
• No surgeries, no cooling but trying to start.
• 32 low birth weight cases annually and have vents.

Work Schedule

• Call from home
• 186 shifts annually
• Balanced mix of tertiary acuity and community newborn care
• 12‑hour shifts
• Level III – 45 licensed beds, 11‑14 daily census with 3500 deliveries.
• MFM local partnership.
