Job summary

Nemours Children’s Health in Dover, DE (and partner sites in Philadelphia, PA, Vineland, NJ, and Mullica Hill, NJ) seeks board-certified/board-eligible Neonatologists to join our growing team. You will care for premature and critically ill newborns, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in high-quality, family-centered care.

MD/DO required with Pediatric residency and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship; board certification or eligibility and state licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency.
• Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for newborns requiring specialized monitoring and treatment.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and support neonatal stabilization and resuscitation.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated, individualized plans of care.
• Communicate closely with families, referring physicians, and consulting specialists.
