Job summary

Phoenix Children's Division of Neonatology seeks full-time BC/BE neonatologists to care for patients at the main campus and affiliate locations in the Phoenix area. The team collaborates with the University of Arizona-College of Medicine-Phoenix and offers subspecialty support including ECMO and neonatal cardiac program.

The staff physician will engage in teaching, supervision of trainees, and clinical research within a culture of collaboration and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/Board-eligible in Neonatology.
• Commitment to high-quality neonatal care and safety.
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient neonatal services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Offer subspecialty consultations and follow-up in neonatology.
• Engage in teaching rounds, conferences, and supervision of trainees.
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement projects.
