Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership with RWCH, seeks a dedicated Neonatologist to join our Alexandria, Louisiana team.

This role features a 7-on/7-off schedule with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and a 34-bed Level III NICU, offering diverse case variety.

You will work within a collaborative, evidence-based team focused on quality-driven protocols and ongoing neonatal care improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU within a collaborative team.
• Contribute to quality metrics and protocols for neonatal care.
• Support newborn nursery rounds and transport coordination with NNP leadership.
