Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our well-established NICU team in San Jose, CA.

The position offers collaboration with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and pediatric subspecialists in a Level III NICU with active transport programs and strong clinical support. The base compensation package is competitive, with extensive benefits and a focus on high-quality perinatal care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatology.
• Experience in Level III NICU settings preferred.
• Collaborates with maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric subspecialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatology care in a Level III NICU.
• Attend to newborns requiring high-frequency ventilation, iNO, and other support.
• Participate in the hospital's maternal and neonatal transport program and multidisciplinary rounds.

Seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our well-established practice in San Jose, CA.

• Good Samaritan Hospital has a Level III NICU with an average daily census of 18 - 20 and has 40 – 50 VLBW admits per year.
• Two neonatologists in the NICU during the day.
• In addition to our affiliated group of Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists and Ob Hospitalists, there is good pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric surgery.
• Services provided include high frequency ventilation, body cooling and iNO is available.
• There is an active maternal and neonatal transport program.
• The hospital is a Regional Perinatal Center and is certified by California Children's Services as a Level-III NICU and as a Neonatal Surgery Center.
• The practice belongs to the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative and participates in Pediatrix QI programs as well as other projects in collaboration with academic institutions.
