Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our well‑established practice at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida. You will work in a 28‑bed Level III NICU with a cohesive team, offering flexible scheduling and subspecialty support to deliver top‑tier neonatal care.

The role includes in‑house call options or daily rounds with evening call from home for those residing within 30 minutes of the hospital. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Neonatologist.
• Experience in Level III NICU care preferred.
• Ability to participate in on‑call and transport coordination.

• Participate in on‑call coverage and rounds as scheduled, potentially from home within 30 minutes of the hospital.
