Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist to provide per diem coverage at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida. The NICU is a Level-IV unit with a strong team of neonatologists and NNPs, and shifts are 12 hours in house.

Active Florida license or IMLC is required, with recent neonatology experience. The hospital network emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and collaboration across subspecialties.

Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist to provide per diem coverage at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida. The hospital’s NICU offers:

• Well-established and respected practice cares for 1,900 babies annually
• State-of-the-art, 142-bed, Level-IV NICU
• Sister hospital, Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, provides the NICU with full-service pediatric and surgical subspecialty services
• NICU is supported by RN/RT teams for the delivery room and transports and PICC lines are managed by a team of RNs
• Winnie Palmer’s Fetal Care Center attracts a variety of fascinating fetal and neonatal cases with EXIT procedure capability and includes a Women’s Intensive Care Unit
• At the forefront of our practice is solid leadership, excellence in every aspect of our work and a genuine desire to "take great care of the patient"
• Team of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs
• A Neonatal Fellowship site, established in 2022
• Shifts are 12 hours in house
