Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking eligible clinicians for per diem neonatology coverage in a Level IV NICU in Las Vegas. The role requires 24-hour inhouse shifts, with experience in high-acuity neonatal care and Level III+ NICU settings.

Compensation is $150.00 per hour with travel expenses covered for those outside a commutable distance, and malpractice insurance provided. PTO and company holidays do not apply to per diem team members.

Qualifications

• Board-certified neonatal specialist with 2+ years in Level III NICU or higher.
• Active NV License or IMLC Compact eligible.
• Per diem availability and willingness to travel as needed.
• No ECMO experience required on shift.

Responsibilities

• Delivery room attendance and admissions for high-acuity neonates.
• Provide care for Level III+ NICU patients on 24-hour in-house shifts.
• Utilize neonatal ECMO, iNO, ventilation strategies and body cooling as indicated.

• Minimum of 2 Years Experience in Level III NICU or Above.
• Candidates are NOT required to have ECMO experience (never solo on shift)
• Active NV License or IMLC Compact Eligible
• Available to Offer Ongoing Availability

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $ 150.00 /hour
