Provide advanced respiratory care for high-risk neonates in the NICU and during interfacility transport. Manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment, conduct patient assessments, and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs). Support physicians and nursing teams during complex procedures and emergencies.
