Nemours Children's Health seeks a Neonatology Site Chief to lead the NICU team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. This physician leader provides vision, oversight and direction for neonatologists and advanced practice providers, collaborating with the Department of Pediatrics and hospital leadership.

Key duties include strategic leadership, program development, and ensuring high-quality family-centered care in a Level III NICU serving critically ill newborns.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania medical license or eligible in good standing.
• Board certification in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide vision, oversight and guidance to the NICU team.
• Lead neonatology and AP providers in patient care in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with Department of Pediatrics and hospital leadership.
