Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Neonatology Site Chief at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, to lead a 40-bed Level III NICU as part of the Nemours Neonatology team. The Site Chief will provide vision and oversight to neonatologists and advanced practice providers, coordinating with Nemours and TJU leadership.

Requirements include Pennsylvania licensure, board certification in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine, and prior leadership experience.

• Board certification in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine required.
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of neonatologists and AP providers in the NICU.
