Qualifications

• Active state RCP license required.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required.
• Neonatal/Pediatric specialty preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required or obtained on hire.
• 2 years neonatal NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced neonatal respiratory care and ventilator management for premature and critically ill newborns.
• Assist with resuscitation, intubation, and transport in high‑risk NICU situations.
• Perform and interpret blood gas analyses and monitor respiratory therapies.
• Mentor staff and support NICU respiratory protocol development.
• Collaborate with NICU teams and maintain thorough documentation of treatments.
