Job summary

Children’s Minnesota is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to serve as the project manager for assigned studies within Neonatology. You will coordinate with the Research Program Manager and CRC I & II to organize and implement studies.

The role requires regulatory submissions, budget management, and communications with investigators, regulatory bodies, and site monitors. Onsite in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area with opportunities for professional growth and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or RN license with clinical research experience
• RN with current license and at least two years of clinical research experience
• Two years of clinical research experience plus a master’s degree in a related field
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all aspects of assigned research activities and ensure compliance with study protocols and objectives
• Provide methodological and technical expertise in design, implementation, analysis and reporting of research
• Prepare regulatory submissions to the Institutional Review Board and maintain compliance with federal and local agencies
• Provide support to the preparation and management of grants
• Perform budget preparation and management as needed
• Facilitate and manage study-related communications with investigators, collaborators, regulatory bodies, and site monitors
• Interact with patients and families for informed consent, scheduling visits, and data collection
• Oversee data collection and data entry processes
• Manage personal career development and administrative tasks
