This role involves providing advanced care to newborns with BPD and participating in ongoing education seminars. Qualifications

• Must have MSN degree or higher, DNP preferred.
• PNCB or ANCC board certification is required.
• Prior NICU RN experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for newborns (36 weeks or older) in the BPD NICU.
• Participate in weekly neonatal and surgery education seminars.
• Cover 12-hour rotating day/night shifts as needed.
