Qualifications

• Graduate degree in APRN or PA with CT licensure.
• 5+ years APP experience.
• BLS and/or PALS may be required depending on privileges.
• ARC-PA/NCCPA certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clinical knowledge across pediatric spectrum and mentoring staff.
• Diagnostic evaluation and guidance on results for care planning.
• Gathers and synthesizes history to develop differential diagnoses.
• Organizes, prioritizes, and coordinates patient care and management plans.
• Coaches on system-based practice and interprofessional collaboration.
