Pediatrix Medical Group is expanding our Neonatology services in the vibrant city of Appleton, Wisconsin! This is an exciting career opportunity for a Neonatologist to join our brand-new practice, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a collaborative and family-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and fellow neonatologists to cover the newborn nursery and ensure high-quality healthcare for families.
2. Join a dedicated team of 4 Neonatologists providing care at the Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery.
3. Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage and day rounding.
4. Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects.
5. Exchange best practices and ideas with thousands of Pediatrix providers across more than 400 NICUs.
6. Open to all board-certified/eligible Neonatologists, including experienced providers and newly graduated fellows.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED
• WI license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Completion of Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• Pediatrician License in Wisconsin (or willing to acquire)
• Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start)
