Job summary

Pediatrix Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners are sought for Reno, Nevada. This role involves a 24-hour inhouse shift and collaboration with Pediatrix neonatologist teams.

Circ experience is ideal but not required, and candidates should be willing to engage with the internal Neonatology group to provide high-quality care. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree, possess an APRN national certification, and have or can obtain an active Nevada license.

Qualifications

• Active APRN National Specialty Certification is required.
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree is required.
• Active NV License or ability to obtain is required.
• Minimum of 1 year NICU experience as an NNP is required.

Responsibilities

• 24 Hour Inhouse Shift.
• Circ Experience is ideal but not required.
• Work with Pediatrix Neonatologist internal team.

Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2.
