Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to cover three Salt Lake City area NICUs, including Ogden Regional, Davis Hospital, and Lakeview Hospital. Shifts include a 24-hour coverage model with 8-hour rounds starting at 7am and on-call for the remainder, with neonatologist support available.

Qualified candidates hold an APRN national specialty certification, a Master's degree, UT license or eligibility, and at least 1 year of NNP hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Current APRN National Specialty Certification required.
• Licensed or eligible for UT license as an NNP.
• Minimum 1 year of Neonatal Nurse Practitioner hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour shift with 8 hours of rounding (7am start) and on-call for the remainder.
• Provide care across three NICU sites: Ogden Regional Medical Center, Davis Hospital, Lakeview Hospital.
• Neonatologist support available for back-up.

Per Diem ** Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) for coverage needs near Salt Lake City, Utah

Responsibilities

• 24 hour shift: Rounding 8 hours (7am start time) with On Call for remainder of shift
• Coverage within (3) worksites: Ogden Regional Medical Center - Level III NICU (ADC 17), Davis Hospital and Medical Center - Level III NICU (ADC 8-10) and Lakeview Hospital - Level II NICU
• Neonatologist support available for back up

Qualifications

• Current APRN National Specialty Certification
• Minimum of a Master's Degree
• Active UT license or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 1 Year's experience as NNP in hospital setting

Benefits And Compensation

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2.
