What You’ll Do

1. Deliver expert care to critically ill and complex neonatal patients from birth through discharge in a fast-paced, 125-bed NICU.
2. Perform advanced assessments, develop care plans, and initiate therapeutic interventions including medication management and procedures.
3. Participate in high-stakes clinical environments including delivery room services and neonatal transport.
4. Collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, and fellows to support safe transitions of care and promote best outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Level III or IV NICU as an NNP, PNP (with cardiac NICU experience), or Neonatology-trained PA.
2. Master’s degree and current (or eligible within 3 months) Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license.
3. Proven ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment with flexibility across 12- and 24-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
4. Strong procedural skills, team mindset, and a passion for improving neonatal outcomes.
