Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• National certification as an NNP.
• Previous NICU experience required.
• Ability to manage high‑acuity neonatal patients independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage critically ill and premature newborns.
• Participate in delivery attendance, including high‑risk deliveries and C‑sections.
• Perform neonatal assessments, stabilization, and ongoing management.
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Respond to urgent and emergent neonatal situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
• Provide education and support to families throughout the NICU stay.
