Job summary

INAAP is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to cover shifts in a 60-bed Level IV NICU in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide high-acuity inpatient neonatal care across day and night rotations, with a shared workload among providers.

Five openings exist with 24-hour, 12-hour, and 9-hour shifts. Airfare and lodging are provided, along with rental car and mileage support; weekend coverage is included and there are no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner with Arizona RN and APRN licenses.
• Board certification in Neonatology.
• BLS, PALS, NRP, and Arizona DEA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100 percent inpatient care for critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU.
• Share workload with team based on patient acuity and case complexity.
• Perform neonatal procedures and manage high-acuity cases as required.
