Job summary

Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a 42-bed Level III NICU. You will work in a collaborative environment with neonatologists and APPs, attending high-risk deliveries and providing advanced neonatal care on a 12-hour shift pattern.

• NICU experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide comprehensive neonatal care.
• Collaborate with Neonatology team including physicians and APPs.
• Perform advanced neonatal procedures as trained.
• Participate in ground neonatal transports as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and effective family communication.
