Job summary

UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the Pediatric Neonatology team in a busy Level III NICU. The role offers structured mentorship, opportunities to precept, and potential fellowship onboarding for new graduates.

Compensation includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus CME support and professional development opportunities. The successful candidate will provide high-acuity neonatal care and work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program (MSN or DNP).
• NNP-BC board certification or eligibility required.
• Eligible for PA RN licensure and NNP licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity neonatal care in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, fellows, residents, nurses, and other staff.
• Participate in delivery room management and family-centered care.
• Contribute to research, quality improvement, and education efforts.
