Responsibilities

• Follows established neonatal nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and provides patient care direction to nursing and other staff.
• Implements plans of care in a safe, effective, and professional manner. Identifies and prioritizes the teaching and learning needs of patients and families.
• Collaborates with administration, physicians, nursing staff, and other professionals to coordinate neonatal care.
