Job summary
IHA is seeking a passionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team in Ann Arbor and Livonia, Michigan. As a physician-led organization, we offer a combination of private practice culture and the stability of a national healthcare system.

Qualifications
- Current NNP Certification required.
- Successful completion of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program.
- State of Michigan license required.
- Minimum two years of NICU experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, planning, and evaluation of care for newborns.
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging.
- Attend high-risk deliveries for resuscitation.
- Perform neonatal transports between hospital systems.
- Write orders for medications and treatments.
- Assist with nursing education and competency assessment.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
