Qualifications

We’re looking for experienced, compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioners ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our most vulnerable patients. Whether you’re seeking full-time stability or PRN flexibility, this role offers a chance to work with a world-class care team in a high-acuity, academically rich setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver expert care to critically ill and complex neonatal patients from birth through discharge in a fast-paced, 125-bed NICU.
  • Perform advanced assessments, develop care plans, and initiate therapeutic interventions including medication management and procedures.
  • Participate in high-stakes clinical environments including delivery room services and neonatal transport.
  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists, nurses, and fellows to support safe transitions of care and promote best outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Level III or IV NICU as an NNP, PNP (with cardiac NICU experience), or Neonatology-trained PA.
  • Master’s degree and current (or eligible within 3 months) Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment with flexibility across 12- and 24-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong procedural skills, team mindset, and a passion for improving neonatal outcomes.
