Pediatrix Medical Group invites a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a 60-bed Level III/IV NICU at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role features 12-hour shifts with in-house overnight call and 24/7 coverage by NNPs and physicians.

New grads welcome, with a comprehensive orientation and mentorship program. You will be primary at deliveries, perform circumcisions and PICC line placements with training, and participate in ground transports.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification required.
• Master’s degree required.

Your Daily Rhythm:

You’ll be a vital part of a high-performing, collaborative NICU team. Here’s what to expect:

• Serve asprimary at deliveries, with neonatologist support for complex cases
• Perform procedures such ascircumcisionsandPICC line placements—training and support provided
• Participate inground transports(no flight transports required)
• Coverage model:
  • Day Shift:2–3 physicians + 2 NNPs
  • Night Shift:1 physician + 1 NNP
• New gradsbegin on day shifts to build confidence before transitioning to nights
