Qualifications

• Graduate of a neonatal nurse practitioner program.
• Must attain national certification as a neonatal nurse practitioner within 6 months of the start date.
• APRN licensure in the state(s) where privileges are sought (DE CSR & DE DEA).

Responsibilities

• Function as a learner and in a supportive role in the neonatology setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
• Progress from learner to credentialed team member within nine months of start date.
