Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Neonatology for locum tenens coverage in Hershey, PA. The assignment runs ASAP through December 31, 2027 with day and night shifts across weekdays and weekends.

You will provide daily neonate care in a Level IV NICU, perform high-acuity procedures, coordinate interfacility transports, and document in Cerner while collaborating with MDs. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PA with active license in the US.
• PA license required; IMLC accepted.
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily neonate care in Level IV NICU alongside MDs.
• Perform high-acuity procedures (PICC/UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, LPs, intubations).
• Coordinate air/ground transport after orientation.
• Work any shift including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and 24-hour shifts.
• Document care in Cerner EMR and participate in rounds.
