Responsibilities

• Assess health status through history and physical examination.
• Initiate and order therapeutic and diagnostic procedures and prescribe medications.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management.
• Document findings and plan of care in medical records.
• Collaborate with physician and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
