You will act as a clinical resource for staff and physicians and facilitate family education and referrals. Qualified candidates hold Hawaii RN and APRN licenses, completed a Neonatology NP program, and maintain BLS and NRP CPR cards; two years

Qualifications

  • Hawaii RN license required; APRN license required for practice in Hawaii.
  • Completion of a formal Neonatology NP program is required.
  • BLS certification must be current; NRP CPR cards required.
  • Two years of NP experience in a neonatal specialty is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, life-changing care to newborns and families.
  • Deliver direct care and treatment for neonatal patients, including evaluations, treatments, and procedures.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff and physicians.
  • Facilitate family health education, referrals, and consultations with allied health professionals.
