Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• NPI required and prescriptive authority through CDS/DEA per NJ law.
• Collaborative agreement with physicians on staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services under supervision of a licensed physician.
• Perform focused history and physicals appropriate for patient age and condition.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs/diagnostics with physicians and consultants.
• Prescribe medications safely per best practices and NJ regulations.
• Participate in organizational meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
