UVA Health in Charlottesville, VA, seeks an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to lead a highly specialized NICU team and partner with nursing leadership to ensure clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

You will mentor nurses, balance clinical leadership with operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives that advance neonatal care in a nationally recognized academic environment.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NICU nursing team and partner with nursing leadership to ensure clinical excellence.
