Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Well Baby Nursery-STAFF DEVELOP EDUCATOR- - ( 253284 )

Responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of nursing education programs including but not limited to nursing orientation, inservices and continuing education. Develops, coordinates, and facilitates educational programs presented to other hospital staff, physicians, patients, volunteers and/or the community. Functions as an educational resource and provides individual guidance for education as necessary. National certification in Nursing or Healthcare related speciality preferred.

Bachelors Degree : Nursing (Required)
Other : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
Masters Degree : Nursing, other health related field or Adult Education (Preferred)

Experience
3 Years experience in a Clinical Setting (Required)
1 Year experience in adult education (Preferred)

License/Certifications
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Preferred)
