Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - NICU RN - Travel Nurse

Responsibilities

• Care for infants transitioning to extrauterine life.
• Monitor vital signs and initiate corrective action when necessary.
• Provide nutritional assessment and specialized feedings.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start intravenous therapy.
• Provide arterial and intravenous therapy.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment such as incubators and ventilators.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE.

• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, stoop, and lift 10–20 pounds of equipment.
