Job summary

UAB Medical West Hospital in Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a multidisciplinary team to promote healing and safety. You will educate patients and families about health management and preventive care, and maintain thorough documentation.

The role requires an Alabama RN license, a BSN or equivalent, BLS and NRP (or obtainable within 30 days), with NICU/ICU experience preferred. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid RN license in Alabama.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree required.
• BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• NRP certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• NICU or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
